The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was depressing - old ripped wallpaper, showering was quite an adventure because the water was going from cold to boiling hot and then back to cold. It was cold at night, and we slept under a pile of our jackets. In addition, you could hear all the noises from adjacent rooms and hallway. Thankfully we got earplugs. The stuff is very friendly though, we really liked the people who work there.

A nice place out side of the main city centre. Staff were great and rooms were basic, but good.
We found it a bit odd that the 3 bedroom room didn't have a bathtub, while the double did - one would think that the 3 bedroom would be used on more occasions for families thus the somewhat disconnect. The other issue was that there was not small fridge. Otherwise, it was fine.

the hotel was good and the staff but the breakfasts were rather basic and if there is a coach in there was nothing left for the normal guests but if we had have asked they would have put some more out but there was no staff on duty in the breakfast room.

It's close to Fiuggi and the room is a fairly big size.
It's a bit run-down and the internet is spotty.
